One thing has remained constant, whether in his varied works with Oscar Peterson, Cannonball Adderley, Freddie Hubbard, John Coltrane, McCoy Tyner or any of the other legends he has played with, Louis Hayes remains the rock in the middle, the foundation that some of the most important music of the 20th Century was built on. SOMF '11 proudly welcomes Louis Hayes to Portland for an intimate night at Jimmy Mak's.
