Toné and begun to blaze a trail that continues burning bright today. Whether producing major albums from Otis & Shug, Ledisi & Joss Stone, or collaborating with the likes of Stevie Wonder, D'Angelo, Mary J. Blige & The Isley Brothers---Saadiq has carved out a niche for himself as one of the premier contemporary Soul artists. His most recent releases, including 2008's The Way I See It, have a more retro flare, and have been met with numerous accolades.
